Tomato Soup Cupcakes!
If I've baked something especially delicious or interesting I like to share it with the folks in the hood.
A few weeks ago I delivered tomato soup cakes and didn't reveal the "secret ingredient" until the next day.
Everyone loved the "spicecake" cupcakes with cream cheese frosting. Actually, they all love them UNTIL they heard about the two cans of cream of tomato soup that make them moist, moist, moist.
Our neighbor to the south actually had the nerve to retract her positive opinion once she found out the ingredients, which I think is completely against the rules and just plain wrong. Delicious is delicious and these were delicious.
